Chocolate cakes are her true passion which led her to write the book ‘Katrien’s Cakes: Scrumptious Recipes and Original Chocolate Decorations.’

When she is not busy writing another book, blogging or doing demonstrations she occasionally accepts exclusive cake commissions.
